Jarren:

Jarren shakes the sleep from him and runs over to Dex. After waking the human he explains that he needs to talk to the stormtroopers outside before they start to try and blast their way in. Jarren will follow Dex and listen to the conversation but will try and stay out of sight. If the troopers enter the ship he will be leaning against the wall with his arm folded across his chest. Ready for any action, but looking unconcerned. Jarren just keeps repeating the word Damn in his mind over and over.

Dex:

The news of stormtroopers has Dex wide awake, and he quickly begins thinking about what they might want and what brought them here. "Why do I have to go talk to them?" Dex wonders to himself. "That little blue bastard!, weaseling himself out of the hot seat" he continues before realizing he is probably much better off talking to the storm troopers himself than letting any of the others in his motley crew do more damage to the situation.

Convinced that it is unlikely that they are here regarding last night, he decides it is most likely that the Imperials sent a party to find the crash site of their ship, and tracked them here. Or it could be something entirely different. In any case, he decides, he has run out of time to ruminate, and begins walking to the intercom.

Taking a deep breath, Dex envisions himself on the deck of his parents apartment in Bespin, watching the glorious sunset with the cool breeze flowing through his hair (he had hair back then) and the constant low drone from the city's equipment that the natives mistake for silence. Unfortunately, it does not calm him as much as it usually does. He is at ease handling local guards and thugs, but he does not have any experience dealing with Imperial Storm troopers. He does not want any trouble with the Empire.

"What seems to be the trouble, officers?" Dex says into the intercom, as casually as he can.
