[3/27/02] GM's Reply

To Jarren: Study of the instrument panels combined with your knowledge of piloting leads you to believe that the ship could be landed, but will be a challenge to your piloting skills. Entry into the planet's atmosphere could also cause more damage to the hull. You are unsure to what extent since you have never had this sort of experience.

As the ship rotates around many times, the TIE fighters eventually disappear out of visual range. You can not see with your naked eye what their destination might have been. The ships sensors are inoperable at the moment, so you are unable to garner any more information about the space around you beyond what you can see.

[OOC: As far as making a break for it, that has to be your judgement call. You know the TIE fighters have sensors that extend well beyond visual range. If you do decide to make a break, let me know where you plan on heading.

I'm awaiting the resolution of Jarren's conversation with the green-haired fellow before following up about repair possibilities. Also, this means that Jarren hasn't gone to get any food or water yet either. Let me know if you wish him to do this regardless, otherwise, I'll assume you do not go get food and water.]

To Green-haired Human:

Inspecting the sensor readouts reveals nothing about the source of the malfunction. You think to yourself that you will probably have to make a physical check of the sensor array in order to make any kind of repair determination.

The navigation computer, however, is operational and is presenting a star chart. You may look closer if you choose.

You yell at the monkey-lizard in the cargo hold. The creature is obviously intimidated by your forcefull personality. The bulkhead blocks your view of the creature, but in reaction to your yell, you hear a shrill squeak, followed by the sounds of the scavenger apparently gathering a large amount of rations with it's spindly arms and dragging them off to some unspecified hiding place.

[OOC: Successful Intimidate check vs. monkey-lizard.]

To Both:

The protocol droid in the cargo hold speaks. "Hello. Are you awake?" Thinking that it was speaking to the other prisoner, the two of you glance into the hold. Instead of speaking to the long-haired prisoner, you actually see it tapping politely on the ASP droid.

[OOC: Waiting to read discussions between Jarren and Green-haired guy before going on]
