Jarren:

Depressed by the news that the droid did not have any more information then just his name he lets out a sigh and starts to turn back towards the other ex prisoners but stops. Looking back at the droid he asks " What did you say about a safe house, Tin man."

I interrupt the droid if he goes on about that not being his name (I don't think that my character knows his name by the way) and say "Tell me about this safe house where is? "

Jarren will also ask these other questions if the droid has answers Who runs the safe house? Did the droid work there? If so did he know how to get into the house? After I get the info from the droid I'll say "thanks Tin man" and go over to the container with the guns and take one and strap it on if it comes with a gun belt if not then I'll put it in my belt.

I then go in search of clothing that might help protect me from the sun or items like a backpack or sack to put the food and water in, as I prepare to go to the settlement that we tried to make for when we were landing. After That I'll lean against a wall and wait to see what the others want to do. At some point all ask Ian if he has named his pet rat yet.

Ian:

"Woot! A blaster pistol! And Booze! Let the good times roll!" I exclaim as I grab the pistol and a bottle. Instinctively, I check the safety and then shove the pistol partially down the back of my pants in my lower back with the handgrip resting on my belt line. I check the safety out of habit and not due to any conscious thought of being carefull. I pull my shirt over the gun to hide it from view.

As for the booze, I pop the cork right there and take a nice draw off the bottle. Wiping my mouth with my sleeve of my left arm, I pass the bottle to the human with the green stripe. "Here to the best dream I ever had--everything I hope for comes true!" After handing the bottle over, I close my eyes and begin a mantra of "I will meet the Twins, I will meet the Twins, I will meet the Twins."

After collecting myself again, I pat Ears on the head and say "Don't worry mate, these chaps aren't too bad. They are in my dream for a reason, and I doubt it is to hurt either one of us."

I then sit down and alternate between consuming booze and whatever food I find, sharing freely of course.

Dex:

After a double take of the jury rigged protocol droid, I let out a laugh, and shake my head in good humored disbelief. A large smile comes over my face as we discover the gambling paraphonalia, as I entertain the idea of opening a casino. "The Crash Landing". "I could create an oasis of gambling out here in the desert," I think to myself. I appraise the value of the gambling tables.

Bringing myself back to reality, I gladly take the offered bottle from Ian, and take a healthy swig, and offer it to Garren. I then look at Ian, and motioning toward the blaster in his belt, ask, "Are you sure your safe with that thing? I can't help but remember something about a blaster rifle, a bottle of Ando, and who would of thought the thing would blow up. Maybe you be better off with this Ion gun? You know, this dream may be longer than you imagine." [OOC-Ion guns do not hurt people.]

I note the name of the intended recipient of this stuff, and and try to recall if I have heard of him. I grab about 10 of the holocards, thinking that I may be able to sell the crate of goods somewhere, and it might be good to have some samples. Imagining what someone might think of me if they should discover me with 10 holocards of Twi'lek porn, I laugh to myself, but I keep the cards none the less.

After another healthy swig from the bottle, I look at Ian and say, "Well, I would love to hear the story of how you got here, I really would," then focusing my attention more on the party as a whole, I continue, "but I am sure that our gracious landing has attracted some attention, and that might not be to our advantage. We should probably start thinking about leaving this bucket before some one makes us permanent residents of it."

I then began ambling about looking for anything in the Cargo hold that may be useful in a trek through the desert.

"You guys think we should head for that settlement?"

I am also thinking to myself that there has to be a way that we can keep the ship and the casino equipment, but I am fearful that this will not be possible. "I could make a lot of money with stuff," I think to myself.
